About

Remote Respite Care (RRC) was created from a deep understanding of what it means to care for others-while often putting yourself last. As a Registered Nurse (RN) with over two decades of experience in community care, public health, and education, I have worked closely with caregivers and families navigating some of life's most demanding seasons. I created this space to offer something many caregivers rarely receive: permission to pause. Through education, support, and innovative remote solutions, my mission is to help caregivers find balance, reduce guilt, and restore their well-being-one break at a time ❤️.
